Acceptance of these terms occurs the moment you create an account or process your first order. Pricing and Payment

Cancellation & Refunds

Delivery Acceptance
It is the client's responsibility to ensure a recipient is available or a secure drop-off point is designated. Once the meal kit is delivered, the risk of loss or spoilage passes to the customer. We recommend immediate refrigeration.
Geographic Limits
Service is currently prioritized within Semarang city limits. Orders placed outside our primary delivery zone may be subject to additional fees or automatic cancellation if food safety cannot be guaranteed during transit.
Our meals are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, soy, dairy, and seafood. While we offer a variety of options within our balanced daily menu, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination for those with severe allergies.
